1. Payment Terms

Invoices are due Net 3–5 days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

2. Late Fees

Finance charges will be applied to overdue balances at the maximum rate allowed by Pennsylvania law, currently 6% per annum.

3. Returned Checks

A fee of $45.00 will be charged for any returned check or failed electronic payment.

4. Suspension of Services

Aerial View Media Group reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not received within the specified terms.

5. Collection Costs

Client agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, if any account is placed with an attorney or collection agency for collection.
