1. Services Provided

Aerial View Media Group (DBA The 9x12 Project) provides AI consulting, chatbot development, automation, content generation, EDDM 9x12 Direct Mailers, print advertising, placemats, and directory services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure the successful completion of services.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation is evaluated on a client and situational basis. A minimum of 10 days notice is required before contracted services begin to avoid cancellation fees.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize third-party suppliers and printers to fulfill certain aspects of our services. We are not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aerial View Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
